Reservations: 50% of the total rent is required to complete the booking. The balance of the booking is due 30 days in advance of the reservation date.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of between $100.00 or $250.00 is required (depending on the property) to complete the booking.
Cancellation: Due to the short season of operation there is no refund of rent if cancellation occurs less than 30 days to arrival date.
Check In/Out: Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 11 am
Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival, additional cleaning can be provided at an additional cost to the tenant(s).
Phones: Most rentals have phones. Local calls are free, long distance calls may be blocked, if not the tenant will be billed for any such charges
Long distance callings cards are available in local stores.
Smoking: All units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the grounds.
Pets: Pets are allowed (depending on the property) but must be under the control of the owner and they are responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
Guests: No person other than the guests listed on the registration form may occupy the property.
Quiet Time: Please respect other cottagers in the area and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially at night.
Beach Access: Please be respectful of private property, do not access the beach thru private property. YOu will receive directions to where you may access the beach with each location.
What to Bring: Everything is provided in the unit for your stay. Bedding, towels, kitchen ware, coffee makers, toasters, microwave. Most units have TV’s, some with DVD’s and/or Sateltie reception.
