Reservations: Either 50% or 25% of the total rent is required (depending on the property) to complete the booking. The balance of the booking is due 30 days in advance of the reservation date.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of either $100.00 or $250.00 is required (depending on the property) to complete the booking.
Cancellation: Due to the short season of operation there is no refund of rent if cancellation occurs prior to arrival date unless the property can be re-rented for those same dates.
Check In/Out: Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 10 am
Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival, additional cleaning can be provided at an additional cost to the tenant(s).
Phones: Most rentals have phones. Local calls are free, long distance calls may be blocked, if not the tenant will be billed for any such charges
Long distance callings cards are available in local stores.
Smoking: All units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the grounds.
Pets: Pets are allowed (depending on the property) but must be under the control of the owner and they are responsible for cleaning up after their pet
Quiet Time: Please respect other cottagers in the area and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially at night.
What to Bring: Everything is provided in the unit for your stay. Bedding, towels, kitchen ware, coffee makers, toasters, microwave. Most units have TV’s, some with DVD’s and/or Sateltie reception.
